Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll send you an email confirming your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please contact us before returning your item. We’ll do our best to arrange an exchange if stock allows.
